How We Work
Free Consultation
Simon visits your home, measures the space, and listens. This isn't a sales pitch — it's a conversation about what you want your home to feel like.
Design & Budget
We prepare an itemized quote with a floor plan and initial selections. You'll see a real number based on a real scope — not a lowball estimate designed to get a signature.
Design Acknowledgment
You'll visit our showroom to make final selections with our designer. Cabinets, countertops, tile, fixtures, hardware, paint — every detail is specified and approved before a single nail is driven.
Contract & Permits
We finalize the full contract, coordinate architects and structural engineers as needed, and secure all building permits. Because we investigated upfront, there are no hidden gaps in scope.
Construction
Our in-house crews get to work. You'll know who's coming, when they're arriving, and what they're doing — every day.
Final Walkthrough
We walk every detail together. If it's not right, it gets fixed before we call it done.
